I’m enjoying a real iSymposium Christmas meal at rest. Nazionale (Vernante, Italian Maritime Alps). One of the best alpine cuisines in the whole Italian Alps.
I want to share with you all the cool Christmas dessert made by the restaurant chef de patisserie Roberta Falco:
– Meringue Cylinder filled with orange coulis and topped with alpine milk yogurt foam.
